    Gary Stokes — Group Chief Executive Officer

    Gary joined Atex in 2012 with over 20 years’ experience gained in complex international and service-based B2B businesses. With a background in finance, Gary has led both quoted and privately owned businesses and holds a track record in delivering performance and value enhancement for the long term benefit of customers, staff and stakeholders. Gary will strengthen the ongoing leadership and development of Atex and support its accelerated growth into the digital marketplace.

    Jeremy Wilson — Chief Financial Officer

    Jeremy has held the position of Chief Financial Officer since 2012. Prior to joining Atex, Jeremy served as Group CFO at Regenersis Plc and has a proven track record of making significant enhancements to the productivity and profitability of high service blue chip corporations trading globally, including DHL Express, Honda Motor Europe Ltd and Electrocomponents plc.

    Colin Ashworth — Chief Operating Officer

    Colin joined Atex in 2012 with 20+ years’ experience in the insurance, banking, utilities, IT and entertainment/media business sectors. Colin has operated in roles and responsibilities for change, line operations, operations strategy, C.O.O., and consultant to many blue-chip organisations and has a record of successful delivery and benefit realisation in each sector from his assignments and appointments. Colin has held senior executive and board management positions at Aon Limited, Severn Trent, Prudential Bank (Egg), Barclays and the Automobile Association. He most recently worked with a number of major city-based organisations through his own management consultancy using a variety of change management techniques including Lean, Systems Thinking, 6-Sigma, Kaizan and Kanban methodologies.

    David Montgomery — Chief Innovation Officer

    David has over 20 years of leadership experience with software suppliers to the media industry. He joined Atex in 2009 and until recently held the position of Group VP of Commercial Products. Among his accomplishments at Atex, David led the design, development and delivery of the company’s OneView browser-based Advertising, Audience and Content solutions for the global media market. Prior to joining Atex, David was the Director of Technology at Anite PLC and a founding member of 5 fifteen Limited and 5 fifteen Inc. David has held a position on the BPA’s Audience Development Advisory Committee (ADAC), during the growth of digital media. He was also one of the pioneers behind high-speed column-oriented databases, the technology behind many of today’s “Big Data” solutions.

  • Henrik Holmström – Chief Technology Officer

    Henrik Holmström – Chief Technology Officer

    Henrik has over 20 years’ experience in the software industry. He was the founder of Polopoly, one of the first web content management systems. When Atex acquired Polopoly in 2008, Henrik was appointed Group Vice President of Content Products. Under his leadership, Henrik has introduced Atex solutions for multichannel workflow, digital-first newsrooms, integrated text mining, and tablet publishing. As CTO, Henrik is now responsible for the delivery of all Atex software products.

  • Myles Rose — Chief Executive Officer EMEA

    Myles Rose — Chief Executive Officer EMEA

    Myles brings to Atex a sales leadership background spanning more than 25 years in the international software industry with a track record of business growth, transformation and operational excellence. Myles has worked with both public and private companies of varying sizes and complexity, from start-ups to established organisations. Most recently, Myles served as Sales Director for eGain Communications, a next-generation software company that provides customer engagement solutions for multi-channel collaboration, insight and social media integration. Previously, Myles was General Manager, EMEA at Softlink, where he had full P&L responsibility in turning around the company’s advanced content and knowledge management solutions for the global library industry. Myles was educated at the University of Brighton and Bradfield College.

  • Scott Roessler — Chief Executive Officer Americas

    Scott Roessler — Chief Executive Officer Americas

    Scott has over 25 years’ experience in the technology and media industries and joined Atex when the company acquired Mactive in 2007, where he was a founder member of the Mactive US team in 1996. Scott is responsible for Atex’s business in North, Central and South America.

    Jerome Laredo — Chief Executive Officer APAC

    Jerome Laredo brings more than 15 years of software sales experience to Atex. He joined the company in 2008 and until recently was VP of Sales Asia. In his previous role, he spearheaded the expansion into emerging markets with a strong focus on digital products. Previously, Jerome held executive EMEA-based positions for Nstein Technologies, Teleglobe and Ixiasoft, where he was instrumental in building successful sales teams, developing efficient resellers' channels and winning new business. Jerome holds a MSc in International Business from HEC Montreal, originally from France, he has lived in Canada, the US and the UK.

  • Peter Marsh — Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing

    Peter Marsh — Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing

    Peter is responsible for leading Atex global sales and marketing activities. He joined Atex in 2005 and has held executive positions in product management, strategy and business development. Peter is a frequent keynote speaker, presenter and moderator at technology conferences, and his articles appear regularly in industry publications. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Samaritans, a non-profit organization dedicated to suicide prevention.

    Lorren Wyatt — Chief Staff Officer

    With a FTSE 100 main board director background, Lorren joined Atex in 2012 with considerable business and HR consultancy experience where he added value through organisation design and people performance. Having worked within technology, software development, financial services, insurance and health care sectors, Lorren specialises in organisational change, talent management and leadership, as well as mentoring at ‘C’ level.
