David Gibbon

Chief Financial Officer

David Gibbon has been CFO of Atex since September 2005. He is a Chartered Accountant who holds a BA Accounting from The University of Kent. He has 10 years experience as a CFO of technology companies. His experience includes 10 years at Caradon Group during a period when sales grew from $370m to $3.7 billion, his last role was as Controller of the North American Division based in the USA which had sales of $1.1 billion. Prior to Atex, David was CFO of Tertio a software business with 2 divisions. During his time at Tertio David managed the financial and legal aspects of the MBO and also the sale of the Telecoms Division to a NASDAQ quoted company. He has also been CFO and briefly Managing Director of Graseby Medical, a Medical technology business with sales of $85m.
