Throughout the 30 years of involvement in the publishing industry, Kumpulan Karangkraf continues to experience tremendous growth with positive sales and advertising figures. This is further enhanced by taking a bold step delving into the competitive world of daily newspaper with the launch of Sinar Harian. Unlike other national language dailies, Sinar Harian is the only 100% regional (State) newspaper in the Peninsula.
Kumpulan Karangkraf has been using Editorial CMS since 2006 to enhance its editorial workflow efficiency.
To maximize its new media business initiative, Karangkraf is also in the process of implementing Atex Advertising, and signed an agreement on Atex Polopoly Web CMS to improve multi-channel capabilities.
Atex’s Editorial system is specifically configured for our first daily newspaper, Sinar Harian. It has tremendously helped the publishing team to shorten the time to publish and ensure that Sinar Harian is produced daily. It has surely changed the way we work as most of the content is now within editorial grasp and the management team can even monitor the newspaper production as things happened in our Pengkalan Chepa site (in Kota Baru).
