New York Media (nymag.com), parent company to the award-winning weekly New York magazine and the digital properties nymag.com, MenuPages and Grub Street, selected Atex to deliver a hosted advertising management system for booking, composition, pagination and billing of all classified and display ads.
New York Magazine has 1.8 million readers and the websites reach more than 10 million people. The Atex Advertising system will also interface with SalesForce.com, for customer relationship management and DoubleClick, for digital ad serving, targeting and analytics. As a hosted system, New York Media staff will manage the Atex advertising applications and users; while Atex provides full system and application support, which includes all technical management of the hardware and software infrastructure, database administration, backups and security, and the installation of mandatory patches, maintenance releases and full upgrades, as required.
