The company includes Daily Newspapers such as The Record and Herald News, award-winning dailies; The Parent Paper, an award-winning monthly publication devoted to news, events and ideas of interest to families; Community Newspapers, representing 46 weekly and bi-weekly newspaper titles in five counties in North Jersey; and magazines, including The Best of Bergen, known for its original editorial content and exquisite photography. Through both paid-circulation and free-distribution publications, Community Newspapers of North Jersey Media Group reach more than a half-million residents in the region. It is also host to an Internet Division, which is responsible for the company's main Web site, www.northjersey.com, on-line classifieds, NorthJerseyCars.com, NorthJerseyJobs.com, NorthJerseyHomes.com, and several other sites specific to many of our other newspaper titles, as well as other interactive and related sites; and a Manufacturing Division, which prints The Record, Herald News, and all of NJMG's community newspapers. It is also a regional print site for a commercial customer, USA Today.  

NJMG rolled out its first Atex system in 1979 and has been using Atex tools ever since. NJMG publishes 2 dailies and over 50 weeklies. In 2001 they deployed a 170 user Atex Advertising for classified and retail display. Atex MediaLink production tracking and electronic proofing tools are being added to the system in early 2011. NJMG also uses Atex Editorial CMS in its newsrooms. The 400+ user system uses Quark as its pagination engine at NJMG.
