World Publishing Expo 2016
Vienna, Austria - 10 October to 12 October 2016

Atex Digital Media 2.0 will be presented to worldwide publishers at "the event" of the newspaper industry: easier to use, easier to integrate and more options for gaining new efficiencies on print and digital channels.

Atex Digital Media: easy to use content management that makes your business fly

Atex Digital Media 1.0 was unveiled to the market at the World Publishing Expo in Hamburg last year. Highlights were on a highly integrated platform for content and digital asset management. We emphasized the combination of an innovative and open system infrastructure with web-enabled, easy to use editorial tools covering all needs of a publisher - from content authoring to content publishing on digital and print channels.

With Digital Media 2.0, we have strengthened those characteristics and improved additional functions needed by modern newspapers to streamline operations:

At WPE 2016 in Vienna, we will showcase new features twice a day: in the morning at 11 a.m. and in the afternoon at 3 p.m.

The morning session, “Atex Digital Media: Power of the platform” will present the platform capabilities of Digital Media Core: easy content authoring for multiple channels, ready to be published on Atex own or third-party publishing systems, integrated with analytics solutions.

The afternoon session, “Atex Digital Media: Multi Channel Publishing” will show a complete multichannel publishing workflow, that includes Digital Asset Management functionalities and authoring content for digital and print channels, with integrated previews of content for web, mobile sites and print pages.

And don’t take our word for it! Atex Digital Media is being used by leading publishers worldwide to drive their innovation projects.

On Tuesday at 12 p.m,, Cesare Navarotto, Chief Operating Officer for the online operations of Gruppo Poligrafici in Italy will present their complete review of the digital delivery infrastructure, based on a Micro Services Architecture concept, implemented on the Amazon Cloud.

Still on Tuesday, at 2 p.m., Jack Millrod, Assistant Managing Editor at Newsday in Long Island, US, will present how they are enabling multichannel workflows for their newsroom, allowing production and delivery of content for their print publications, web sites, newsletters, different types of apps, Amazon e-readers and other vendors. Jack will cover both the technical and the human challenge, since change management plays a big role in every transformation project.

We look forward to meeting you in Vienna and don't forget to join us for a drink at stand C-425 on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.
