Atex announces innovative cross-platform support for e-reader, iPad and tablet device publishing 28 January

Atex completes a successful 2009 with go-lives at three major global media companies 21 December

Atex is proud to announce that three more media companies went live on Atex systems during the month of December. Two of the companies installed Atex editorial content management systems to merge digital and print newsrooms, enhance the pagination process, and streamline editorial workflows with integrated multichannel publishing. The third company is using the Atex Matrix circulation system as a centralized customer marketing hub supporting four offices throughout the country.

Swedish magazine publisher LRF Media selects Atex advertising system 30 November

LRF Media, a Swedish magazine publisher, selected the Atex AdBase system to deliver a fully integrated advertising business encompassing more than 30 titles. For nearly two decades, LRF Media has been using an older version of AdBase, during which time the media company has increased the number of magazine publications by 80 percent. In deciding to upgrade and expand its AdBase system throughout the company, LRF Media will be able to use a common set of tools to manage all advertising workflow and display ad production, and to centralize all customer information.

Johnston Press Signs Contract for Atex Content Management System 12 October

Johnston Press, the third largest publisher in the United Kingdom signs a group wide agreement for a 2,500-seat Atex Content Management System. Johnston Press is purchasing the Atex CMS system to further develop its converged newsroom strategy, which creates a single environment for writing, editing, and producing content for both its newspapers and the Web.
