Enterprise Customers
Atex is committed to supporting our Enterprise advertising system user community. Atex will continue to provide development resources and customer support specialists, who will remain dedicated to responding to the requirements of our maintenance covered Enterprise users around the world. This team provides incremental and customer-specific enhancements for the Enterprise system.
In addition, the team is responsible for integrating key modules from the Atex AdBase system into the Enterprise product suite.
Key roadmap items for Enterprise customers include:
- Expanded support for multi-channel and self-service ad sales
- Support for booking, pricing, and invoicing banner/radio and TV ads
- Web Services version of Atex Online Advertising
- Integration with AdBase modules for business analytics and ad production management
- Data segregation to support multiple businesses with private data within a single Enterprise database
- Tool to compare and merge Enterprise parameters across multiple databases
- Contact Manager user interface enhancements
- Space Management interface for other web, radio, TV and other media
- Sales Planner support for the Atex Integrated AccountsSub-contract user interface enhancements
- Single sign-on for Oracle and Enterprise database access
- New maintenance tools for publication management, pricing, and Customer Account Manager applications
In addition to these enhancements, for customers electing to upgrade to the AdBase system, a suite of tools will also be provided to streamline the migration from the Enterprise to AdBase. These tools will automate and maximise the accuracy of data transfer, including ad orders, contacts, customer data, etc. A specialised team within Atex is available to assist in the migration, conversion, and validation process.
