I’m proud to be in charge of a huge step in our organisation with the go-live implementation of our new, modern web booking and CRM system with no downtime + supporting around 180 users! A huge thanks to Atex for assisting us all the way and helping us over the finish line!

Jaicom’s Kayak system was introduced in spring 2011 for all our subscription titles. The project was rolled out on schedule and on budget, which is a testament to Jaicom’s strong business know-how as a supplier of subscription systems. Integrating Kayak with our other systems, such as our CRM solution, was easy, thanks to the system’s interface. We have also participated in further developing the system together with other media houses that use the system, and this collaboration, combined with the product-based system, has brought cost savings to all parties. Working with Jaicom has been straightforward, both in projects and in support matters.
