Atex announces the appointment of Jesper Persen as President of Atex North America, Alex Podstata as Sales Director for Central Europe and Johan Gustafsson as Atex Sales Director for the Nordic Countries.
Jesper Persen will establish Atex direct presence in the United States and Canada and support the further development of the digital business in the area. It is an important step toward in growing a business that already lists national newspaper and broadcast companies among its customers, using Atex digital publishing products to drive their online presence. Jesper is based in Merritt Island, FL.
Alex Podstata, based in Frankfurt, has the objective of strengthening the Atex presence in Central Europe (Germany, Austria, and German speaking part of Switzerland), the area driving the development of the whole European economy that Atex consider strategic for the growth of its business.
Johan Gustafsson, based in Stockholm, will support business expansion in a highly innovative region that has recently seen a rush of new, rules breaking, software companies. Atex has always had a strong presence in the area, thanks to its development centres in Stockholm (Sweden) and Oulu (Finland) and is the area where the Atex digital platform, Polopoly, was born and has seen its initial successes.
Atex CEO, Anders Christiansen, comments: “We have been investing in growing our digital platform offerings introducing a new Digital Asset Management module and new innovative and completely browser based, Multi Channel Content Publishing tools.
