As is now customary, the WPE & DCX event will be held in Berlin from 9th - 11th October.
It has been a year of big changes at Atex: our web based content management and delivery solution, Atex Digital Media (ADM), is gaining momentum across publishers worldwide and we have just announced the acquisition of the advertising solution "Cross-advertising" from leading Nordic software and services company Tieto. This event will give us the opportunity to present the latest ADM features and showcase Cross-advertising for the first time.

Our focus will be on easy creation of rich content for all channels using the Atex dm.desk editor. All materials are managed centrally using dm.desk where content can be drawn from various sources including - locally from your own staff, archive, wire agencies, email and social media.
Publishing is automated and driven by a flexible workflow that provides the ability for clients to work very efficiently across both digital and print channels with as few overheads as are necessary.
Digital Media is open and can be easily extended with 3rd party tools. Publication of ePapers and eMagazines? Social discovery and analytics? These are some of the solutions we will introduce at the event.
The architecture of the system is very modern and centred on a NoSQL storage to ensure that the volumes of information required by media houses nowadays are able to be handled comfortably. Alongside this, well known/best of breed tools are used for print from Adobe and for communication from Slack.
Cross-advertising is an innovative cloud based solution providing end-to-end multi-channel advertising management covering the whole process from sales, CRM and booking to production and invoicing.
The whole user interface is web-based and works on all devices (computer, tablet, smartphone). It is customisable for the user role, it is simple and informative and speeds up all advertising operations, providing easy to read analytics data screens as well..
As the solution offers more streamlined advertising processes and less manual work is needed, Cross-advertising customers have been able to reduce costs of advertising operations. Software as a service (SaaS) based model makes predicting of costs easy, there is no need for large investments and the pricing is scalable and based on the amount of users.

Talking about analytics we are also going to showcase how Google DFP analytics are now integrated into campaign reports.
